About David and Tonya Kucic

We are Team Kucic, husband and wife and happily married for over 22 years.  Both of us are full time, full service real estate agents.  We do not consider real estate as a hobby or a part time job like many of our colleagues.  This is our business and we live and breathe Hawaii real estate 7 days a week.  We pour our heart and soul into ensuring that you get the best possible service that anyone could offer.   Whether you are Military, Civilian, DOD Civilian or Contractor, you owe it to yourself to have the best representation possible.  Buying or selling a home in Hawaii could be the most expensive transaction that you ever conduct in your life and we would be honored to assist you.

Tonya Kucic is the daughter of a career Infantry Soldier of the United States Army.  She has lived in many places around the world with her mother and Soldier dad including Kansas, California, Panama and Germany.  Throughout her adult life, Tonya was involved in banking and worked for American Express Bank, Merchants National Bank, Security Service Federal Credit Union and Bank of Hawaii before she began her real estate career in 2005.  Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, golfing, reading, fishing and taking long walks whether it is on a beach or around her neighborhood.  Her professional education includes:  Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).   Tonya has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout her life and most lately has been nominated for the coveted Aloha Aina Realtors Award for excellence in 2007 and 2009.

David Kucic is a 22 year veteran and retired from the Army where he last served as a Battery First Sergeant with 2-11 Field Artillery at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.  Prior to retiring in 2005, David had been stationed at:  Ft Carson, Colorado (3 tours), Ft. Hood, TX, Ft. Sill, OK, Kirchgoens, Germany, Garlstedt, Germany and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.   David’s professional real estate education includes:  Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Internet Professional (e-PRO).  David has been nominated for the coveted Aloha Aina Realtors Award for excellence in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.  In 2008, David was one of 10 real estate agents on Oahu that was a winner of the award edging out over 9,000 other licensed agents.
