Ewa Beach Dog Park (Area 19 Park)

The new park in the Ewa Gentry neighborhood which is currently being called “Area 19 Park” will be a great asset to the Ewa by Gentry community.  The plans for the park call for dog parks for large and small dogs, playground equipment for small and big children and sports fields such as soccer and football. 

The grass is fully planted, the bathrooms are built, the parking lot, and shrubs are already installed.

The park should be having their official opening soon!

    Hey, i live in ewa by gentry. Quick question, when will the dog park be open. I am very tired of driving 20 minutes away lol.

    Hopefully by the end of the month of October. Working with the contractors now to synchronize the last moving pieces.

    This dog park will be a wonderful addition to the community. I just hope will be better about picking up after their dogs that they are on the walking paths.

    Nov 5 – The dog park looks ready to open, but there is a sign saying not to enter on the gate. Any update on when the Dog Park will be open. I keep walking by everyday hoping it will be the day.

    Pretty soon Kerri! We just have to make sure its fully and completely ready before it can be opened. Its a liability issue if we open it before its fully ready. Thanks for asking.

    Will there be a disposal system in the park, is what I wanted to finish saying.
    also will there be water for the dogs or do we bring our own?

    There probally on island time getting back to your question and opening the park we will probally see it 2014
